What is PackVERTISE?

We connect advertisers and online sellers and enable online sellers to earn money by adding inserts and coupons to their shipments.

Participation for online sellers is always free!

In addition to helping sellers on eBay, Amazon Marketplace and online-shops to generate a new and easily earned stream of income, the high-quality and high-value coupons from our advertising partners will be perceived as a value-add by your buyers and can help to increase customer satisfaction.

How much does it cost to participate?

Participation and registration are always free. The inserts will be sent to you free of charge. As an online seller and shipping partner, you will not incur any expenses at any time. We need your bank data only to transfer your payment to you.

What happens after my account is activated?

After registering and activating your PackVERTISE account you can log into your account and and order new inserts. You can select which inserts you want to send out. We will check your request and - if approved - send the inserts to you for free. After getting the inserts, simply place them in your boxes when packing your orders. Each month we'll send you your payment automatically to your account.

Will participating impact my daily business?

For shipping partners, participation in the PackVERTISE network means that you can add up to three package inserts to your shipments. Furthermore, you need to report quantities sent out only once a week. This is very little effort.

What about the amount of work required?

Adding coupons or samples to your shipments is only little work. Requesting new coupons is easy and can be done online in your PackVERTISE-Account. Here, you can also easily and quickly report your quantities shipped. Ideally, you should report this at least once a week. The time needed for this is less than 3 minutes per week.

How much can I earn?

How much you can earn depends on the amount of package inserts and the type of package insert you want to add. The pay-out per insert is granted according to weight and format of the package inserts. In your PackVERTISE account, you can see which inserts are currently available and also which compensation you receive for each of these insert.

Do I need to pay for the delivery of package inserts?

No - requesting new package inserts is free of charge. PackVERTISE will not charge any shipping fees and send the package inserts to you for free.

Is there a minimum amount for pay-outs?

The minimum payout is 100. Once you reach this amount, you will receive your payment automatically by bank transfer to the account provided.
If you do not reach this amount in a given month, then the sum of this month will be transferred to the next month.

When can I expect the payment?

The payout is always mid of the following month after all inserts have been reported as shipped.

Why are you asking me for a "Proof-of-Shipment" and what exactly should this contain?

PackVERTISE reviews each partner thoroughly before admission to the network and the first campaigns.
While we can easily assess the amount of shipments per month on eBay and Amazon (by checking feedback), it is hard to estimate the exact amount of shipments for online-shops, where feedback is not public.
For this reason, we might ask you for a proof of shipment.
Proof of shipment is a document showing the amount of shipments per month. For example, the last monthly bill from your logistics provider (Royal Mail, UPS, etc.). You can redact all confidential information (i.e. price info), the only thing that matters is that the absolute number of monthly shipments is comprehensible to us.
In order to ensure a high quality of our network, we conduct random test purchases from all our partner on an ongoing basis.

Why are not all requested inserts approved, why does PackVERTISE reject some orders?

This can have very different reasons, e.g.

•   The advertiser wants to send his insert only to buyers in certain product categories, different target groups or even specific products.
•   The inserts are no longer available.
•   You have 3 active insert campaigns already.
•   The requested insert may not be shipped with an insert that has already been provided (so-called competitive exclusion).
•   You still have remaining stock of the requested insert.
•   The insert you requested has already been booked to your account and is currently on the way!

The exact reason will be included in the respective e-mail that you receive from PackVERTISE.
